The Antique Truck Club of America’s Winter National Truck Show, sponsored by the Vintage
Trucks of Florida, will return to the Sumter County Fairgrounds Friday January 24th & 25th 2025.
The show features all kinds of trucks including antiques, show
trucks, work trucks, pickups, street rods, 4x4’s, military trucks, fire trucks, and low riders. Last
year’s show was a big success with almost 100 trucks on the showgrounds from all over the
country, including a Swiss Army truck from France.

A Director’s Choice award was given to Ryan Wichtner for his “Old School” 1986 Marmon P57
semi tractor. Ryan did all the restoration work on this truck by himself over a five year period
including the custom paint and interior work. Powered by a 425 hp Caterpillar 3406 engine
with a 13 speed transmission, this beautiful truck is a real eye catcher.

At the other end of the spectrum was a 1957 FBW Swiss army truck owned by Estelle Ohainian
and Dan Wilhelm. Estelle and Dan, from Alsace, France, are on an around the world adventure.
The have converted their austere military truck into a warm and cozy living space for their
extensive travels. Estelle and Dan stopped at the show while touring the southern United
States on their way to South America. Their camper drew quite a crowd of curious onlookers.
