The Eighteen Wheels and One Big Heart Truck Show was founded in 2023 by Dusty and Molly Sims not only after Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital did life saving work in the life of their child but in the lives of the children and grandchildren of two of Dusty’s co-workers in the trucking community as well. Dusty and Molly along with their two kids have made it their mission to give as much back to this AMAZING hospital so other families can continue to be touched by the miracles worked there everyday!
