I almost never make a negative post on my page but If I had to rely on Peterbilt of Joplin Missouri to keep my Peterbilts running I would give all four of them away. All I needed was a couple of 49 inch AC/alternator belts which anybody with any intelligence could figure out the part number to. The moron behind the parts counter ABSOLUTELY would not even attempt to find the belt without the serial number to the truck. I tried to inform him that I have replaced the engine in this truck and that the alternator set up is different than the one that came OEM but he did not get that A totally useless & helpless.
