Friday – October 16th

• Free entry to the public at 4:00 PM
• Truck arrival beginning at 8:00 AM
• Live music or DJ
• Kids entertainment
• Food vendors
• Light show at dark

Saturday – October 17th

• Free entry to the public at 12:00 PM
• Truck arrival / registration cut-off at 12:00 PM
• Rolling coal contest at 5:00 PM
• Kids costume contest (judged by age group) at 6:00 PM
• Truck or Treat immediately following contest
• Costume, truck, and auto award ceremony at 7:00 PM
• 50/50 drawing & live auction following award ceremony
• Live music or DJ all day
• Kids entertainment all day
• Food vendors all day
• Light show at dark

• $5 Vehicle Parking
• $100 Truck Entry
• $50 Vendor Fee
• Judged Entry – $20
